The HearthBake Series Oven, specifically designed for pizza and pretzel baking, is a countertop electric appliance with a 3-1/4" deck height. It features (2) removable 20-3/4"W x 20-3/4"D Cordierite hearth decks, a 300°F - 650°F thermostat, and a 15 min. mechanical timer. The oven has a 3,600w power rating and complies with UL EPH Classified, cULus, and CE standards.
