Each of the 8 individual burners comes equipped with a removable 12-by-12-inch cast iron top grate. The grates feature a grease trough on each blade along with a built-in bowl that lets grease flow into the proper area. All grease drippings get trapped by the removable drip tray located beneath the burners.
