Adcraft HD-48, 48-Inch Heated Display keeps hot food fresh, moist and delicious for hours. Constructed of painted black stainless steel with front and rear sliding glass doors for easy filling and cleaning. This item comes standard with 3 easily adjustable steel shelves measuring 44x12.5-inch wide, 13.25x14-inch deep to give you plenty of space to properly merchandise all of your hot food items. The adjustable thermostat allows the internal humidifying system to keep food hot and fresh for extended periods of time. Interior lighting adds extra brightness and visibility to the items being displayed. Overall dimensions are 31.75H x 48W x 20.5D inches. 120V, 1200W, 12.5 Amps. NEMA 5-15 plug. CE and ETL Sanitation.
