Adcraft GRID-30, 30-Inch Griddle is made for high output environments. It's 15.5 x 30-inch cooking area gives you plenty of cooking surface in even the tightest of spaces. The adjustable thermostat controls the temperature range from 120F-570F degrees giving you complete control of the 3/8-inch stainless steel griddle plate and its entire cooking zone. This griddle comes with 3-inch side and back mounted splash guards for protection and a grease collection pan in the front for easy cleaning. Overall dimensions are 10H x 30W x 19.75D inches. 208V/240V, 3380-4500W, 18.8 Amps. NEMA 6-20 plug. CE and NSF approved.
