You visit us at our restaurant resource center to go over your concept and menu with one of our kitchen consultants/restaurant designers (McDonald Paper restaurant equipment and supplies showroom in Brooklyn, New York)

We will draw a conceptual layout of your restaurant design using pencil and pen

We will discuss equipment needs, select the best options for your commercial kitchen design, and then insert these choices into the layout

We will discuss every detail like gas and electrical connections, fire suppression systems, and other commercial kitchen and bar related details

Within 72 hours:

Within 72 hours of the first meeting, you will receive the conceptual design and layout, elevations, 3D rendering, and an AUTOCAD file

Story

Wise Grill & Bar was opened in 2019, and rapidly became one of the most popular spots in Brooklyn. Gorgeous multi-zone space, creative New American Cuisine, and a vast roofed outdoor seating made a powerful combination that attracts many customers every day. However, in order to fulfill the restaurants needs, the kitchen area needed a thorough reorganization. McDonald Paper handled a complete kitchen optimization.

To improve the kitchens work and provide it with all the necessary equipment, McDonald Paper changed the whole layout. Experienced consultants studied the menu of Wise Grill & Bar and created a new kitchen layout that would be equipped with all the essential items, and would simplify and optimize the work process.

Unnecessary equipment was removed, leaving space for installation of more crucial ones thus enhancing the kitchens capabilities. Rational ovens were relocated, and a new sushi bar was set up. The companies experts observed the work process and developed a full equipment maintenance regulation. The whole process was completed in less than a month.
