Our Story…

McDonald Paper & Restaurant Supply Company has been around for more than 11 years providing high quality service to restaurant professionals. The original McDonald Paper opened in 1994 on McDonald Ave in Brooklyn with a staff of only 1. Eugene Khorosh, founder of McDonald Paper, built the company up, through much hard work and dedication to great success. Eugene saw an opportunity to provide service to small, "mom and pop" type customers that the foodservice equipment distributors and food houses did not typically deal with. In a time when most dealers sold from catalogs, Eugene chose to have those items that operators needed the most often in stock, on the shelf, clearly and competitively priced. At the time, there were less than half a dozen local restaurant supply companies. McDonald Paper grew by leaps and bounds since the first sale of plastic shopping bags and plastic cookware. Today we have an even larger warehouse than before, as well as a charming 10,000 square foot Showroom in Brooklyn on 50th Street & 1st Avenue.

McDonald Paper’s steady growth continued to increase during the late 90`s when opening the first showroom, inviting all customers new and old. By now, many of your friends and family businesses in New York, New Jersey, & Philadelphia have had a great experience with us and have been covered with the McDonald Paper bi-monthly sales flyer.

It has always been our top priority, so we continually invest a considerable amount of time and resources in carefully selecting and staffing our Showroom and Warehouse with friendly foodservice professionals who are thoroughly trained in providing top notch Customer Service.

With over 7500 items in stock and over 10,000 square feet of showroom and even larger warehouse space, McDonald Paper is sure to have the item in stock when you need it. We stock vast selections of products from some of the biggest names in the foodservice industry - Carlisle, Globe, Libbey, Arcoroc Glassware, and Beverage Air, just to name a few. These companies have proven their commitment to our customers by continually manufacturing affordable, high quality products that last.
